The signed quotation is the contract. Nothing verbal, nothing assumed. An advance against the signed quotation confirms the booking.
Crew, materials and equipment on site, on the agreed date.
Work to specification, supervised on site, with regular updates and photos.
We check the work with you before we call it done, and fix anything that is not right.
Clean site, finished work, signed off.
Warranty on completed works, agreed in writing. The term depends on the job and the scope, and it is written down before you pay.
